Senior Cycle Programme

Grange PPS offer a choice of taking the traditional Leaving Certificate Programme alone or in addition to the Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme.

Students follow mandatory programmes of study in a variety of core examination subjects including:

English
Irish
Mathematics
LCVP

In addition, students are provided with subject modules designed to improve social, personal, emotional and mental health and wellbeing;
as well as build core communication and interpersonal skills including:

Physical Education
Information Technology
Career Guidance
RSE

Students also follow four optional subjects selected from a list of bands generated yearly based on student demand, from the following subjects:

Art
Engineering
Geography
Home Economics
Music
Construction Studies
DCG
Technology
Biology
Agricultural Science
Physics/Chemistry (separate courses or combined course, depending on student demand)
French
Spanish
Business Studies

Students who opt to add on the LCVP programme must also study two further modules including:

World of Work
